Shipping policy

We use DPD/UPS where possible as our choice of courier and offer the following shipping methods:

  1. Standard Delivery - Delivery Next Day by 5pm (FREE) However please allow up to 48hours due to courier demand.  
    • Orders must be placed by 12.30pm – Monday to Thursday 
    • Orders placed on Saturday/Sunday will be delivered on Tuesday (dispatched on Monday)
  2. Local Same Day Delivery (CR PostCode only) (FREE)
    • Only available to customers who live within the CR postcode area
    • Minimum order of £30
    • Orders can be delivered 7days a week (9am - 10pm)

Please note: orders outside of the CR postcode (Standard Delivery option) can not be delivered on Sunday or Monday.

Email must be provided during checkout in order to provide shipment notifications and tracking details

Most locations in England Wales and Scotland should receive their package on the next business day.

Once you have made an order we will contact you with the relevant tracking code.
